Notification Center
Notifications
The notification center is opened by clicking the bell icon. As soon as there are unread notifications, this is visualized by a red counter symbol above the bell. Within the notification center, you can toggle between the "Unread" and "All" view. In addition, it is possible to manage all notifications collectively via the "Mark all as read" function.
Notifications are generated automatically as soon as an activity occurs in a work package where the respective user has been mentioned, assigned, entered as responsible, or designated as an observer. The notifications are displayed grouped by work package. The number of respective activities within a package is indicated by a blue symbol with a corresponding counter display.
Clicking on the respective work package opens the associated BCF ticket directly in the editing window, where it can be immediately commented on or adjusted in content. Furthermore, via the viewer symbol in the "Overview" tab, you can switch to the IFC viewer to continue visually processing the ticket in the model context. By clicking on the envelope symbol next to the blue counter, all notifications for a specific work package can be marked as read.

Notification Settings (Admin)
Users with administrator rights can open the "Administration" context menu via the profile icon and select the "Emails and Notifications" menu item there. In the "Mail Notification" sub-menu, the general settings for email notifications can be adjusted. By selecting a user account in the "Users and Permissions" sub-menu, individual times can be defined in the "Email Reminders" tab, at which email notifications about unread alerts and mentions are sent automatically. The time zone stored in the "General" tab under "Preferences" is taken into account.
Notification Settings (User)
Users with restricted rights have access to their individual settings via the "My Account" widget on the home page. After clicking on "Profile", the corresponding settings menu opens. In the "Email Reminders" subsection, users can determine at what times and for what activities in work packages (BCF Tickets) an email notification should be sent. The "+Add Time" function can be used to set up additional delivery times. Here too, the time zone defined in the personal profile settings is taken into account.
